This Château is a beautiful property in Premières Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, comprising a 19th Century Château and approximately 60 hectares of land including 45 hectares of vineyard. Built circa 1800 the Chateau is located at the highest point on an escarpment overlooking its own park and vineyard with unspoilt views of the valley towards the Garonne.

The estate also includes period stone buildings of approximately 650 sq.m. with scope for conversion to a variety of uses, providing extra accommodation and amenity or potential touristic income.

The Château is located on a hill surrounded by gardens and 4 hectares of parkland offering formal gardens

Le Grand Chais is divided into three rooms: 

-The large Vinification Chai containing 12 stainless steel vats,

suspended ceiling, new electrical systems and automatic ventilation. 

-Le Barrel shed contains around 300 oak barrels and a new electrical system and automatic ventilation. 

-The Bottle Chai contains the bottled wine stock in metal pallet boxes and includes a labelling facility with a modern labelling machine.

The 45 hectares vignoble produces quality red and white wines, which regularly win medals.

The yearly production 180,000 bottles are mainly sold for export to Canada, USA, UK, Belgium etc.
