Bordeaux News: Pont d’Aquitaine Closed 26th January

 

 

Due to trails of security equipment on the Aquitaine Bridge, the Pont d’Aquitaine spanning the Garonne river in the north of Bordeaux will be closed tonight.  Traffic will be blocked from 9pm through to 6am the following morning as it was last night. 

 

The rest of Bordeaux ring road will be open as usual.  No traffic will be able to access the ring road, known as the “rocade” from exit 2 anticlockwise and exit 4 clockwise.  Deviations should be put in place for anyone travelling and unfamiliar with the area.
