Description:
The surf spot of Moliets is a short walk from Moliets town and 25km north of Cap Breton.
This is an ideal spot for surfers of all levels.
It can become very busy in summer full of tourists and bodyboarders. Weekends tend to be quite busy too but it’s very quiet mid week.
There is fast to ordinary power beach-break from right and left.

Right and lefts. A better wave is located at the mouth of a small river (courant d'Huchet) where nice sand bars can lead to nice rights (100-150m). Beware of a strong lateral current when waves are higher than 2m+.
General :
Quality strongly depends on sand bar development. Some years it can be a really nice barreling section, some years waves close out on the entire spot.
